Closer is a collection of images made from 2018 and 2019 at the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, Arizona. The collection was made to highlight the details we may pass over when we only look at a vast landscape and fail to take some time and look a little closer.
The images created for this collection were captured on Ilford FP4 film using a Mamiya RZ67 medium format camera and a Graflex Crown Graphic large format camera.
The project was paused in 2020 due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, I hope to continue adding to this collection of images during 2023.
